NAPTOSA Limpopo News Flash 11 of 2015: Wage Negotiations; Revision of cash awards for long service recognition; Advertisement: Executive Director post

On 29 March the Employer declared a dispute over the deadlock in wage negotiations.    In terms of the Labour Relations Act parties have 30 days after a dispute has been declared to resolve the dispute.  During this conciliation period parties may not embark on any form of industrial action.  Any industrial action during this period is premature.  This period only ends on 30 April 2015.
