NB: the offer set out below is the Employer’s final offer, which the Unions must still accept, or reject. It will thus only become applicable if the Employer's offer is accepted by the Trade Union majority in the PSCBC. The Unions have until 15 May to accept the offer. On Friday 8 May 2015, the conciliation process in which Labour and the Employer have been engaged in to resolve the wage dispute, declared by the Employer, reached the point where the Employer tabled a revised, final offer.
